BuildWithMMO Cohort Platform

BuildWithMMO helps aspiring developers move beyond tutorials by building and deploying real projects with mentorship. Running cohorts by hand across chats and spreadsheets does not scale, so this lab project turns the programme into software. Mentors publish project briefs with milestones; participants link their repositories and submit each milestone for review; reviewers leave structured feedback against a shared rubric covering correctness, code quality, testing and deployment. Progress dashboards show where each learner is stuck so mentoring time goes where it is needed. The longer-term goal is a public portfolio for every graduate that shows deployed work and reviewed milestones — evidence employers can verify.
